By enrolling in and participating in training at Bikeskool, students acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with motorcycle training and operation.
Responsibility for Damages and Injuries
Students are fully responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during training, including but not limited to:
- Damage to motorcycles, equipment, or property.
- Injuries sustained by themselves or others.
While Bikeskool takes all reasonable measures to provide a safe and controlled training environment, students participate at their own risk. Bikeskool, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation.
- Optional Damage Waiver
Students may pay an optional £10 waiver to cover the cost of any damages to motorcycles or equipment caused during training. This waiver only applies to damages and does not cover injuries to the student or others. Students who choose not to purchase the waiver will be liable for the full cost of any damages they cause.
By participating in training, students agree to:
1. Take full responsibility for their actions during training unless the damage waiver is purchased.
2. Assume all risks related to motorcycle operation and handling.
3. Waive any claims against Bikeskool for injuries or damages.
Important: Students must wear appropriate safety gear during all training sessions and follow instructor guidance at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from training without refund.
