Disclaimer
By enrolling in and participating in training with Bikeskool, the student acknowledges and accepts that motorcycle training and operation involve inherent and significant risks, including the risk of serious injury or death.
Responsibility for Injuries, Loss, and Damage
The student accepts full responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in training, including but not limited to:
- Damage to motorcycles, equipment, facilities, or other property
- Injury to themselves or to third parties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the student agrees that participation is undertaken entirely at their own risk and releases Bikeskool, its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in training.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
Optional Damage Waiver
Students may purchase an optional £10 damage waiver to cover accidental damage to motorcycles or training equipment caused during training.
The damage waiver:
- Applies only to property damage
- Does not cover personal injury or third-party injury
Students who do not purchase the damage waiver remain liable for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damage they cause.
Cancellation Policy
Students must provide a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any booked training session.
Where less than 72 hours’ notice is given, or where the student fails to attend a scheduled session for any reason, the full training fee shall remain payable. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be offered.
This cancellation policy applies without exception, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, personal circumstances, travel disruption, or weather conditions.
Where a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Bikeskool, the student will be offered either an alternative training date or a refund, at Bikeskool’s discretion.
Student Obligations
By participating in training, the student agrees to:
- Accept full responsibility for their conduct and actions during training.
- Follow all instructor instructions and safety procedures at all times.
- Wear appropriate safety equipment as directed.
Failure to comply with safety requirements or instructor guidance may result in immediate removal from training without refund.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By enrolling in or participating in training, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer, including the cancellation policy and optional damage waiver, and agree to be legally bound by them.
